Billing questions answered

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when I hit my monthly request limit?
On the Free and Starter tiers, API requests will return a 429 Too Many Requests error once your limit is reached. Your counter resets on the 1st of each month. You can upgrade any time to restore access immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any paid charge if you're not satisfied — no questions asked. After 7 days, we don't issue prorated refunds for unused time, but you can cancel to stop future charges. Contact support@xchangr8.com for any billing issues.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free tier is your permanent sandbox — 10,000 requests per month, forever. For Pro, you get a 14-day trial with full Pro features before your card is charged. Enterprise customers can arrange a tailored pilot period. Talk to us to get started.
